M/V RIO AMAZONAS
A three deck steel vessel that carries 42 passengers in 21 air conditioned cabins. 1 Senior Suite, 2 Junior Suites, 2 family cabins, 17 standard cabins. All cabins face outside, have air conditioning, private bath, and all lower beds (no bunks). The Rio Amazonas has a covered deck area and an uncovered deck area. Each area has hammocks and deck chairs for your comfort. There is a jacuzzi on the upper aft deck, The Rio Amazonas also has a dining room, bar, and an observation top deck. There are small shore boats that can take passengers on excursions from the ship. An English speaking guide/naturalist is always on board to organize excursions and visits en route. For your convienence, 24 hours radio communications is available.
M/V ARCA
The Arca is a three deck steel ship with 07 twin cabins and 02 triple cabin. Each cabin has individually controlled a/c and a private bath room. The arca has an air conditioned dinning room, a good forward observation deck,and aft sun deck.
The Arca has a crew of 12 including an English speaking guide/naturalist. The Arca is excellent for expeditions which require a shallow draft ship. The Arca normally operates 2, 3, & 5 night scheduled programs out of Iquitos and returns to Iquitos. The Arca is also available for charters.
M/V CIELITO LINDO
Cielito Lindo has two steel decks and a shallow draft which allows this ship to travel into lakes and narrow waterways. The Cielito Lindo has 7 cabins (soon to be expanded to 10). All cabins have a/c, private bath, warm water showers, and large windows. There is a dining room, bar, and a great observation deck. With a crew of 11 including an English speaking guide/naturalist the ship is 26 meters long, 7 meters wide and has a draft of only 1 meter. The Cielito Lindo operates both scheduled and charter programs.
AMAZON RIVER BOAT
This large river boat operates from Tabatinga to Manaus/Brazil and back. This is a good choice for those who want to cruise a longer distance down the Amazon River or start and finish in cities with large airports. There are 12 cabins with a/c and private bathrooms. The ship operates on fixed dates of departure. There is a dinning room for meals. It's available to send an English speaking guide with 5 + passengers.
There are No organized excursions on this ship. The Cruise is a three night trip from Tabatinga to Manaus.
EXPEDITION BOAT
This small expedition boat is good for small parties or private individual trips. 2 - 10 persons, sleep on board or in camping tents ashore. There is a rustic bathroom and shower on board. Meals are prepared aboard. There is crew of 4 including an English speaking guide/naturalist. The ship can be chartered to go anywhere for 2 to 8 nights or even more. This ship is for the really adventurous traveler who wants to get away from it all but still cruise in safety.
